William Henry Grenfell, 1st and last Baron Desborough was born on 30 October 1855.1 He was the son of Charles William Grenfell and Georgiana Caroline Lascelles.1 He married Ethel Anne Priscilla Fane, daughter of Hon. Julian Henry Charles Fane and Lady Adine Eliza Anne Cowper, on 17 February 1887.1 He died on 9 January 1945 at age 89, without surviving male issue.2

Julian Henry Charles Fane and Lady Adine Eliza Anne Cowper.1,2 She married William Henry Grenfell, 1st and last Baron Desborough, son of Charles William Grenfell and Georgiana Caroline Lascelles, on 17 February 1887.1 She died on 28 May 1952 at age 84.2
