     Henry George Milner was born on 27 October 1912.¹ He is the son of Brig.-Gen. George Francis Milner and Phyllis Mary Lycett Green.¹ He married Florence Chung, daughter of William Tai Chung, on 8 August 1952.¹
     He was educated at Oundle School, Oundle, Northamptonshire, England.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1934 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Florence Chung is the daughter of William Tai Chung.¹ She married Henry George Milner, son of Brig.-Gen. George Francis Milner and Phyllis Mary Lycett Green, on 8 August 1952.¹
     From 8 August 1952, her married name became Milner.¹

     William Tai Chung lived at Kingston, Jamaica.¹
