     Anne Roper is the daughter of Sir William Roper.¹ She married Sir Philip Constable, 1st Bt., son of Sir Marmaduke Constable and Frances Metham.¹
     She was also known as Mary Roper.¹ Her married name became Constable.¹

     Sir Marmaduke Constable, 2nd Bt. was born in April 1619.¹ He was the son of Sir Philip Constable, 1st Bt. and Anne Roper.¹ He married Anne Sherburne, daughter of Richard Sherburne and Elizabeth Walmesley, on 17 March 1648/49.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Constable.

     Anne Sherburne is the daughter of Richard Sherburne and Elizabeth Walmesley.¹ She married Sir Marmaduke Constable, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Philip Constable, 1st Bt. and Anne Roper, on 17 March 1648/49.¹
     From 17 March 1648/49, her married name became Constable.¹

     Richard Sherburne was born in 1586.¹ He married Elizabeth Walmesley, daughter of Thomas Walmesley.¹ He died on 11 February 1667.¹
     He lived at Stonyhurst, Lancashire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Walmesley was the daughter of Thomas Walmesley.¹ She married Richard Sherburne.¹ She died on 12 June 1666.¹
     Her married name became Sherburne.¹

     Anne Radclyffe is the daughter of Francis Radclyffe, 1st Earl of Derwentwater and Catherine Fenwick.¹ She married Sir Philip Mark Constable, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Marmaduke Constable, 2nd Bt. and Anne Sherburne.¹
     She was also known as Margaret Radclyffe.¹ Her married name became Constable.¹

     Sir Marmaduke Constable, 4th Bt. was baptised on 7 August 1682 at Everingham, Yorkshire, England. He was the son of Sir Philip Mark Constable, 3rd Bt. and Anne Radclyffe.¹ He died in July 1746 at age 63.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Constable.

     Michael Constable was born in 1578.¹ He was the son of Sir Philip Constable and Margaret Tyrwhitt.¹ He married Frances Tyndall in 1602.¹ He died in 1615.¹
     He lived at Byram, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Frances Tyndall married Michael Constable, son of Sir Philip Constable and Margaret Tyrwhitt, in 1602.¹
     From 1602, her married name became Constable.¹
