Roger Hall was born on 6 November 1791.1 He was the son of Savage Hall and Elizabeth Madden.2 He married Barbara Savage, daughter of Patrick Savage and Anne Hall, on 10 November 1812.1 He died on 17 February 1873 at age 81, without issue.1
