     Colonel William Davenport Crawley Kelly was the son of William Pierce Kelly.2 He married Honoria Violet Bessie Wolseley, daughter of Cadwallader Brooke Wolseley and Katie Maria Beatty, on 24 February 1915.1 He died on 18 December 1951.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Army Medical Corps.1 He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1

     He was educated at Rathmines College, Rathmines, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated in 1887 with a Rathmines and Trin College Dublin Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) , Wall Hebrew Scholar 1888, 1st Theological Exhibitioner 1889.)1 He was Rector between 1906 and 1910 at Ravensthorpe, Western Australia, Australia.1 He was Vicar between 1920 and 1920 at Denmark, Western Australia, Australia.1 He was Senior Curate between 1921 and 1922 at Christ Church, Felling, County Durham, EnglandG.1 He was Vicar between 1932 and 1942 at Alnham, Northumberland, England.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Wolseley, of Mount Wolseley, co.
