     Diana Edith Du Cane was born on 10 November 1929.2 She was the daughter of Commander Peter Du Cane and Victoria Geraldine Pole-Carew.1,2 She married, firstly, Hon. Jeremy John Cubitt, son of Roland Calvert Cubitt, 3rd Baron Ashcombe and Sonia Rosemary Keppel, on 17 January 1952.1 She and Hon. Jeremy John Cubitt were divorced in 1957.1 She married, secondly, Nigel Arthur Tunnicliffe, son of Major Eric Charlton Tunnicliffe and Barbara Bertha Mary Stourton, in 1957.3 She and Nigel Arthur Tunnicliffe were divorced in 1980.3 She died on 30 June 2021 at age 91.4
     From 17 January 1952, her married name became Cubitt. From 1957, her married name became Tunnicliffe.

     Commander Peter Du Cane was born on 18 March 1901.2 He was the son of Charles Henry Copley Du Cane and Dorothy Blenkinsopp Coulson.3 He married Victoria Geraldine Pole-Carew, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Reginald Pole-Carew and Lady Beatrice Frances Elizabeth Butler, on 8 April 1929.4 He died in 1984.3
     He lived at East Hoe Manor, Hambledon, Hampshire, EnglandG. He lived at Seamark, Glandore, County Cork, IrelandG. He lived at Hasselbech Grange, Maidwell, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1

Jeremy John Cubitt was born on 7 May 1927.1 He was the son of Roland Calvert Cubitt, 3rd Baron Ashcombe and Sonia Rosemary Keppel.1 He married Diana Edith Du Cane, daughter of Commander Peter Du Cane and Victoria Geraldine Pole-Carew, on 17 January 1952.1 He and Diana Edith Du Cane were divorced in 1957.1 He died on 12 January 1958 at age 30 at Adelphi Terrace, Savoy Street, London, EnglandG, by falling 50 feet off a balcony.1,3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.1

     From 25 July 1922, her married name became Mills. From 6 August 1948, her married name became Cubitt. After her marriage, Idina Joan Myddelton was styled as Baroness Ashcombe on 6 August 1948.

Richard Courtenay Brabazon Throckmorton and Lilian Langford Brooke, on 23 May 1942.1 She and Sir Robert George Maxwell Throckmorton, 11th Bt. were divorced in 1949.4 She married, thirdly, Greville Pollard Baylis between 1950 and 1958.1 She married, fourthly, Roland Calvert Cubitt, 3rd Baron Ashcombe, son of Henry Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe and Maud Marianne Calvert, on 2 July 1959.1 She died on 5 March 1973 at Nantes, Bretagne, FranceG, killed in a DC-9 crash.1,5
