Admiral William Peere Williams-Freeman was born on 6 January 1742 at Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England. He was the son of Reverend Frederick Williams and Mary Clavering.1 He married Henrietta Wilts on 20 June 1771.2 He died on 11 February 1832 at age 90 at Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, England. He was buried at St. Augustine's Church, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, England.
