     Dorothea Gertrude Yerburgh was born on 23 August 1882.1 She was the daughter of John Eardley Yerburgh and Annie Royden.1 She married Robert Daniel Thwaites Yerburgh, 1st Baron Alvingham, son of Robert Armstrong Yerburgh and Elma Amy Thwaites, on 16 December 1911.2 She died on 10 February 1927 at age 44 at Chelsea, London, EnglandG.1,3 She was buried at Brookwood, Surrey, EnglandG.3

     Robert Daniel Thwaites Yerburgh, 1st Baron Alvingham was born on 10 December 1889 at Kensington, London, EnglandG.2,3 He was the son of Robert Armstrong Yerburgh and Elma Amy Thwaites.2 He was baptised at Westminster, London, EnglandG.3 He married, firstly, Dorothea Gertrude Yerburgh, daughter of John Eardley Yerburgh and Annie Royden, on 16 December 1911.2 He married, secondly, Maud Lytton Grey Morgan, daughter of Charles Lytton Grey Morgan, on 30 July 1936.2 He died on 27 November 1955 at age 65.2
     He was educated between 1904 and 1908 at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2,3 He was educated between 1908 and 1911 at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2,3 He gained the rank of officer in 1915 in the Royal Army Service Corps.3 He gained the rank of Captain in 1917.3 He gained the rank of Brevet-Major in 1919.2,3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for South Dorset between 1922 and 1929.2 He was created 1st Baron Alvingham, of Woodfold, co. Palatine of Lancaster [U.K.] on 10 July 1929.2

     From 14 July 1908, her married name became Magor.1

     Edward Manuel Magor was the son of Richard Blormey Magor.1 He married Olive Shirley Yerburgh, daughter of John Eardley Yerburgh and Annie Royden, on 14 July 1908.1 He died on 13 June 1954.1
     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1

Robert Armstrong Yerburgh1

     Robert Armstrong Yerburgh was born on 17 January 1853.2 He was the son of Reverend Richard Yerburgh and Susan Higgin.1 He married Elma Amy Thwaites, daughter of Daniel Thwaites, on 8 August 1888.2 He died on 18 December 1916 at age 63.2
     He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1880 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chester between 1886 and 1906.2 He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Cheshire Regiment.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kirkcudbright.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chester between 1910 and 1916.2 Although royal approval had ben given to ennoble him, he died before latters patent were issued.2 He lived at Woodfold Park, Blackburn, Caythorpe Court, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1

     Reverend Edmond Rochfort Yerburgh was born on 30 June 1855.1 He was the son of Reverend Richard Yerburgh and Susan Higgin.1 He married Constance Thwaites, daughter of John Thwaites, on 17 January 1890.1 He died on 29 August 1924 at age 69.1
     He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was the Rector at Wrentham, Suffolk, EnglandG.1

     Constance Thwaites was the daughter of John Thwaites.1 She married Reverend Edmond Rochfort Yerburgh, son of Reverend Richard Yerburgh and Susan Higgin, on 17 January 1890.1 She died on 31 October 1960.1
     From 17 January 1890, her married name became Yerburgh.1
