William Digby and Charlotte Cox.2 He married, firstly, Almeria Augusta Cary, daughter of Lucius Ferdinand Cary, Master of Falkland and Anna Maria Leith, on 20 August 1800.1 He married, secondly, Charlotte Elizabeth Digby, daughter of Colonel Hon. Stephen Digby and Lady Lucy Fox-Strangways, in 1803.2 He died on 2 January 1848 at age 73, without issue.2

Almeria Augusta Cary was the daughter of Lucius Ferdinand Cary, Master of Falkland and Anna Maria Leith.1 She married Reverend William Digby, son of Very Rev. Hon. William Digby and Charlotte Cox, on 20 August 1800.1 She died on 24 June 1811.1
