     Sir Robert Fraser Turing of Foveran, 8th Bt. was born on 29 August 1827.¹ He was the son of Sir James Henry Turing of Foveran, 7th Bt. and Antoinette Ferrier.² He married, firstly, Catherine Georgiana Davidson, daughter of Walter Stevenson Davidson, on 29 June 1853.¹ He married, secondly, Ethel Sophia Perry-Ayscough, daughter of Reverend George B. Perry-Ayscough and Hon. Emma Sophia Parnell, on 22 August 1906.¹ He died on 4 January 1913 at age 85.¹
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Turing, of Foveran, Aberdeenshire [N.S., 1638] on 13 February 1860.¹ He was British Consul to Rotterdam.¹ He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court in 1882.¹ In 1912 his arms were ratified by a Privy Council Special Committee following a challenge to his right to bear the title.¹

     Walter Stevenson Davidson is the son of Reverend Patrick Davidson and Martha Farquhar.
     He lived at Saxonbury, Kent, England.¹ He lived at Lowndes Square, London, England.¹

     Catherine Georgiana Davidson was the daughter of Walter Stevenson Davidson.² She married Sir Robert Fraser Turing of Foveran, 8th Bt., son of Sir James Henry Turing of Foveran, 7th Bt. and Antoinette Ferrier, on 29 June 1853.¹ She died on 6 August 1905.¹
     From 29 June 1853, her married name became Turing.

     Sir James Walter Turing of Foveran, 9th Bt. was born on 3 January 1862.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Fraser Turing of Foveran, 8th Bt. and Catherine Georgiana Davidson.² He married Mabel Rose Caldecott, daughter of Andrew Caldecott and Eliza Charley, on 5 February 1891.¹ He died on 21 February 1928 at age 66.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Turing, of Foveran, Aberdeenshire [N.S., 1638] on 4 January 1913.¹

     Leslie Caldecott was born in 1871 at Hertfordshire, England.¹ He was born in 1871 at Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, England.² He was the son of Andrew Caldecott and Eliza Charley.¹ He married Eleanor Mary Stratton, daughter of John Locke Stratton and Mary Willes, on 21 April 1897 at Brackley, Northamptonshire, England.²

     Mabel Rose Caldecott was born in 1865 at Woodford Hall, Essex, England.² She was the daughter of Andrew Caldecott and Eliza Charley.^3,2 She married Sir James Walter Turing of Foveran, 9th Bt., son of Sir Robert Fraser Turing of Foveran, 8th Bt. and Catherine Georgiana Davidson, on 5 February 1891.¹ She died on 26 October 1952.¹
     From 5 February 1891, her married name became Turing.

     Sir Robert Andrew Henry Turing of Foveran, 10th Bt. was born on 13 September 1895.¹ He was the son of Sir James Walter Turing of Foveran, 9th Bt. and Mabel Rose Caldecott.² He died on 6 January 1970 at age 74, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Reserve Officers, Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches and was wounded.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Turing, of Foveran, Aberdeenshire [N.S., 1638] on 21 February 1928.¹

     Sir John Leslie Turing of Foveran, 11th Bt. was born on 13 September 1895.¹ He was the son of Sir James Walter Turing of Foveran, 9th Bt. and Mabel Rose Caldecott.² He married Irene Nina Tatham, daughter of Trevor John Tatham, in 1975.¹ He died in 1987, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Seaforth Highlanders.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Turing, of Foveran, Aberdeenshire [N.S., 1638] on 6 January 1970.¹

     Irene Nina Tatham was the daughter of Trevor John Tatham.² She married, firstly, Captain Waldemar William Powell Shirley-Rollison before 1975.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Leslie Turing of Foveran, 11th Bt., son of Sir James Walter Turing of Foveran, 9th Bt. and Mabel Rose Caldecott, in 1975.¹ She died on 15 February 1997.¹
     From before 1975, her married name became Shirley-Rollison. From 1975, her married name became Turing.
