Harbord Harbord was born posthumously on 14 February 1836.1 He was the son of Edward Harbord, 3rd Baron Suffield and Emily Harriet Shirley.2 He married, firstly, Constance Adelaide Stracey, daughter of Sir Henry Josias Stracey, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Denne, on 21 March 1857.1 He married, secondly, Barbara Sophia Harriot Disney, daughter of Edgar Disney, on 4 December 1878.1 He died on 11 February 1894 at age 57.1
     He gained the rank of Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the Norfolk Artillery Militia.1
