     Hon. Patricia Mary Spens was born on 15 July 1919.¹ She was the daughter of William Patrick Spens, 1st Baron Spens and Hilda Mary Bowyer.² She married Anthony MacGregor Grier, son of Very Rev. Alexander Roy MacGregor Grier, on 5 November 1946.¹ She died on 30 July 2001 at age 82.¹
     From 5 November 1946, her married name became Grier.

     Anthony MacGregor Grier was the son of Very Rev. Alexander Roy MacGregor Grier.² He married Hon. Patricia Mary Spens, daughter of William Patrick Spens, 1st Baron Spens and Hilda Mary Bowyer, on 5 November 1946.¹ He died in 1989.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Mulberry House, Abbots Morton, Worcestershire, England.¹

     Anthony Richard MacGregor Grier was born on 4 October 1948.¹ He is the son of Anthony MacGregor Grier and Hon. Patricia Mary Spens.² He married Sally Ong, daughter of K. H. Ong, in 1976.¹
     He was educated at St. Edward's School, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was educated at Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at Oak Cottage, 5 Lewins Road, Epsom Common, Surrey, England.¹

     K. H. Ong lived at Singapore.¹

     Sally Ong is the daughter of K. H. Ong.² She married Anthony Richard MacGregor Grier, son of Anthony MacGregor Grier and Hon. Patricia Mary Spens, in 1976.¹
     From 1976, her married name became Grier.

     Alexander Anthony MacGregor Grier was born in 1978.¹ He is the son of Anthony Richard MacGregor Grier and Sally Ong.²

     Cristelle Patricia Grier was born in 1983.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony Richard MacGregor Grier and Sally Ong.²

     Francis John Roy Grier was born on 29 July 1955.¹ He is the son of Anthony MacGregor Grier and Hon. Patricia Mary Spens.² He married, firstly, Shelagh Elizabeth Banks, daughter of Alec John Frederick Banks, in 1976.¹ He married, secondly, Anjali d'Souza, daughter of Joseph d'Souza, in 1990.
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 22 Rydal Gardens, Wembley, Middlesex, England.¹
