     Elisabeth Joan Spinney was born on 13 June 1934. She was the daughter of Arthur Rawdon Spinney and Cecil Joan Glegg.^2,3 She married John Douglas Slim, 2nd Viscount Slim, son of William Joseph Slim, 1st Viscount Slim and Aileen Robertson, on 18 July 1958.¹ She died on 16 October 2018 at age 84 at Chelsea, London, England.⁴
     From 18 July 1958, her married name became Slim. After her marriage, Elisabeth Joan Spinney was styled as Viscountess Slim on 14 December 1970.

     Mark William Rawdon Slim, 3rd Viscount Slim was born on 13 February 1960.¹ He is the son of John Douglas Slim, 2nd Viscount Slim and Elisabeth Joan Spinney.² He married Harriet Laura Harrison, daughter of Jonathan Harrison, on 15 February 1992.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Bristol University, Bristol, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 15 Basinghall Street, London, England.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Slim, of Yarralumla in the Capital Territory of Australia and of Bishopston in the City and County of Bristol [U.K., 1960] on 12 January 2019.

     Harriet Laura Harrison is the daughter of Jonathan Harrison.² She married Mark William Rawdon Slim, 3rd Viscount Slim, son of John Douglas Slim, 2nd Viscount Slim and Elisabeth Joan Spinney, on 15 February 1992.¹
     From 15 February 1992, her married name became Slim. After her marriage, Harriet Laura Harrison was styled as Viscountess Slim on 12 January 2019.

     Hon. Rufus William Rawdon Slim was born on 15 April 1995.¹ He is the son of Mark William Rawdon Slim, 3rd Viscount Slim and Harriet Laura Harrison.²

     Hon. William James Harrison Slim was born on 6 July 1999.¹ He is the son of Mark William Rawdon Slim, 3rd Viscount Slim and Harriet Laura Harrison.²

     Hon. Hugo John Robertson Slim was born on 28 August 1961.¹ He is the son of John Douglas Slim, 2nd Viscount Slim and Elisabeth Joan Spinney.² He married M. B. Rebecca Abrams, daughter of Professor Philip Abrams, on 28 September 1991.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was senior research officer for Save The Children Fund.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)¹

     M. B. Rebecca Abrams is the daughter of Professor Philip Abrams.² She married Hon. Hugo John Robertson Slim, son of John Douglas Slim, 2nd Viscount Slim and Elisabeth Joan Spinney, on 28 September 1991.¹
     From 28 September 1991, her married name became Slim.

     Solomon Joseph Abrams Slim was born on 15 June 1997.¹ He is the son of Hon. Hugo John Robertson Slim and M. B. Rebecca Abrams.²
