Charles Seale-Hayne was born in December 1808.1 He was the son of Sir John Henry Seale, 1st Bt. and Paulina Elizabeth Jodrell.2 He married Louisa Jennings, daughter of Richard Jennings, on 1 December 1832.1 He died on 31 October 1842 at age 33.1

Louisa Jennings was the daughter of Richard Jennings.1 She married, firstly, Charles Seale-Hayne, son of Sir John Henry Seale, 1st Bt. and Paulina Elizabeth Jodrell, on 1 December 1832.1 She married, secondly, James Buller on 9 September 1856.1 She died on 23 April 1879.1
