     Sir William Overend Priestley was born on 24 June 1829 at Morley Hall, Leeds, Yorkshire, England.² He was the son of Joseph Priestley and Mary Overend.³ He married Eliza Chambers, daughter of Robert Chambers, on 17 April 1856 at 1 Doune Terrace, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.⁴ He died on 11 April 1900 at age 70.²
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)⁴ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) He lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)⁴ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)⁴

     Sir Joseph Child Priestley was the son of Sir William Overend Priestley and Eliza Chambers.² He married Annette Maud Warner Price, daughter of Ralph George Price and Annette Mary Warner, on 30 July 1891.¹ He died on 9 June 1941.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hertfordshire.¹ He lived at Tatmore Place, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England.¹ He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) of Hertfordshire.¹

     Alfred Adams Price was born on 9 January 1840.¹ He was the son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price.² He married Eliza Lockett Taylor, daughter of Thomas Taylor, on 17 January 1867.¹ He died on 15 March 1917 at age 77.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 67th Regiment.¹

     Thomas Taylor was in the Indian Civil Service.¹

     Eliza Lockett Taylor was the daughter of Thomas Taylor.² She married Alfred Adams Price, son of Ralph Charles Price and Albinia Eliza Price, on 17 January 1867.¹ She died on 15 December 1901.¹
     From 17 January 1867, her married name became Price.

     Ernest Charles Price was born on 19 October 1867.¹ He was the son of Alfred Adams Price and Eliza Lockett Taylor.² He died on 3 April 1900 at age 32, unmarried.¹

     Kenneth Alexander Price was born on 2 January 1869.¹ He was the son of Alfred Adams Price and Eliza Lockett Taylor.² He married Helen Mary George, daughter of William Baldwin George, on 6 July 1904.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 9th Canadian Mounted Rifles (Strathcona's Horse.)¹

     Helen Mary George was the daughter of William Baldwin George.² She married Kenneth Alexander Price, son of Alfred Adams Price and Eliza Lockett Taylor, on 6 July 1904.¹ She died in 1942.¹
     From 6 July 1904, her married name became Price.

     Guy Adams Price was born on 1 January 1907.¹ He was the son of Kenneth Alexander Price and Helen Mary George.² He died on 11 February 1934 at age 27, unmarried.¹
