     Thomas Ashton Hodgson Dickson was born in 1816 at Buenos Aires, Argentina.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Charlton, daughter of Richard Charlton, on 25 June 1841 at St. Marylebone, London, England, having previously married in Honolulu, Hawaii.1,3 He married, secondly, Ann Letitia Janvrin, daughter of Francis Janvrin.2 He died in 1899 at Ulverston, Cumbria, England.2
     He had three sons (all died without issue) by his first wife.1

     Virginia June Ropner was born on 17 August 1941.1 She is the daughter of Sir Leonard Ropner, 1st Bt. and Esme Robertson.2 She married, firstly, Anthony David Arnold William Forbes, son of Lt.-Col. David Walter Arthur William Forbes and Diana Mary Henderson, on 14 June 1962.1 She and Anthony David Arnold William Forbes were divorced in 1973.1 She married, secondly, John Alexander Henderson, son of Colonel Thomas Lisle Henderson, in 1974.1
     From 14 June 1962, her married name became Forbes. From 1974, her married name became Henderson. She lived in 2003 at Holly Hill, Well, Bedale, Yorkshire, England.1
