     Roger Chideock Joseph Radcliffe was born in 1872.¹ He was the son of Sir Joseph Percival Pickford Radcliffe, 3rd Bt. and Katharine Mary Elizabeth Doughty.² He died on 8 February 1955, unmarried.¹
