     Jane Primrose Gifford Lywood was the daughter of Air Vice-Marshal Oswyn George William Gifford Lywood and Hilda Jessie Foster.^2,3 She married James Michael Leathes Prior, Baron Prior, son of Charles Bolingbroke Leathes Prior and Aileen Sophia Mary Gilman, on 30 January 1954.¹ She died on 15 September 2015.⁴
     From 30 January 1954, her married name became Prior.¹
