Christopher William Robinson was born on 23 January 1836.1 He was the son of William Pigott and Harriet Jeaffreson.2 He married Mary Dunn-Gardner, daughter of John Dunn-Gardner, on 17 February 1870.1 He died on 23 June 1889 at age 53, without issue.1
