Denis Maurice O'Conor was born on 24 July 1840.1 He was the son of Denis O'Conor, O'Conor Don and Mary Blake.2 He married Ellen Isabella Kevill-Davies, daughter of Reverend William Trevelyan Kevill-Davies and Ellen Martha O'Brien, on 5 August 1873.1 He died on 26 July 1883 at age 43.1
