Alec Douglas Milliken-Napier was born on 17 July 1894.1 He was the son of William Edward Stirling Milliken-Napier and Janet Catherine Reid.2 He married Doris Mary Clara Hill, daughter of Victor Hide Hill, in 1929.1 He died in November 1965 at age 71.1
