     Catherine Frederica Frankland was the daughter of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.¹ She died at Poona, India, in infancy.¹

     Eliza Henrietta Augusta Frankland was the daughter of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. Frederick Smith Vacher on 12 January 1861.¹ She died on 25 April 1911.¹
     From 12 January 1861, her married name became Vacher.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Frederick Smith Vacher married Eliza Henrietta Augusta Frankland, daughter of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth, on 12 January 1861.¹ He died on 17 March 1893.¹
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the 33rd (Duke of Wellington's) Regiment.¹

     Maria Margaret Isabella Frankland was the daughter of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.¹ She died on 25 August 1860, unmarried.¹

     Arthur Pelham Frankland was born in December 1874.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Annie Phœbe Seton, daughter of Charles Compton Seton and Phœbe Elizabeth Ripley, on 12 October 1898.¹ He and Margaret Annie Phœbe Seton were divorced in 1934.¹ He married, secondly, Ethel Theresa Gerard Walmesley, daughter of Humphrey Jeffreys Walmesley and Marie Gertrude Manley, on 1 August 1934.¹ He died on 26 January 1948 at age 73.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Lancashire Fusiliers.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Ethel Theresa Gerard Walmesley was the daughter of Humphrey Jeffreys Walmesley and Marie Gertrude Manley.¹ She married Arthur Pelham Frankland, son of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams, on 1 August 1934.¹ She died in 1962.¹
     From 1 August 1934, her married name became Frankland.¹

     Sir Francis James Newton was born in 1857.¹ He was the son of Francis Rodes Newton and Anna Louisa Gyllich.¹ He married Henrietta Cloete, daughter of Daniel Cloete.¹ He died in 1948.¹
