     Mary Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone was the daughter of General Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall and Mary Elphinstone.1 She married Sir Ernest Gordon, Bt., son of James Gordon of Cobairdy and Hon. Mary Forbes.1 She died on 24 October 1824.1 She was also reported to have died on 3 July 1812 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
     Her married name became Gordon.1

     Sir Ernest Gordon, Bt. was born circa 1745.2 He is the son of James Gordon of Cobairdy and Hon. Mary Forbes.2 He married Mary Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone, daughter of General Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall and Mary Elphinstone.1 He died on 5 November 1800 at Park, Banffshire, Scotland.2
     On 12 February 1782 he incorrectly assumed the baronetcy of Gordon of Park.3

     Francis Anstruther Elphinstone-Dalrymple was born on 18 August 1813.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall, 1st Bt. and Graeme Hepburn.1 He married Mary Anne Bowen, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Herbert Bowen, on 3 December 1846.1 He died on 5 July 1885 at age 71.1
     He was given the name of Francis Anstruther Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone at birth.2 He was with the Bengal Civil Service.1

     Mary Anne Bowen was born in 1814.2 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Herbert Bowen.1 She married, firstly, Robert Nesham Farquharson.2 She married, secondly, Francis Anstruther Elphinstone-Dalrymple, son of Sir Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall, 1st Bt. and Graeme Hepburn, on 3 December 1846.1 She died on 9 July 1904.1
     Her married name became Farquharson. From 3 December 1846, her married name became Elphinstone-Dalrymple.1
