     Sir Edward James Reid, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 April 1901.1 He was the son of Sir James Reid, 1st Bt. and Hon. Susan Baring.2 He married Tatiana Fenoult, daughter of Colonel Alexandre Fenoult, on 18 January 1930.1 He died on 13 February 1972 at age 70.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1922 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Reid, of Ellon, Aberdeenshire [U.K., 1897] on 28 June 1923.2 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1926 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was director of Baring Brothers between 1926 and 1966.1 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries Scotland (F.S.A.Scot.)1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.1 He was director of the Bank of Scotland.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1967.1

     Alys Elizabeth Carr was the daughter of Colonel Henry Montgomery Carr.1 She married, firstly, Samuel Sloane Chauncey before 1911.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Hon. Sir Cecil Edward Bingham, son of Charles George Bingham, 4th Earl of Lucan and Lady Cecilia Catherine Gordon-Lennox, on 3 February 1911.1 She died on 1 November 1953.1
     From before 1911, her married name became Chauncey.1 Her married name became Bingham.

     Lt.-Col. Ralph Charles Bingham was born on 15 April 1885.2 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Hon. Sir Cecil Edward Bingham and Rose Ellinor Guthrie.2 He married Dorothy Louisa Pratt, daughter of Edward Roger Murray Pratt and Hon. Louisa Frances Mulholland, on 16 June 1913.2 He died in 1977.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1916 in the 1st Life Guards, Instruction Machine Gun Corps.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Silver Medal of Military Valour of Italy.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Coldstream Guards, Reserve of Officers.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 4th City of London Regiment (Territorial Army.)2 He was Secretary of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem between 1926 and 1937.2 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1953.1 He lived at 10 Evelyn Gardens, London, EnglandG.1

     Edward Roger Murray Pratt was born on 3 December 1847.2 He was the son of Reverend Jermyn Pratt and Mary Louisa Murray.3 He married Hon. Louisa Frances Mulholland, daughter of John Mulholland, 1st Baron Dunleath of Ballywalter and Frances Louisa Lyle, on 12 July 1881.2 He died on 20 November 1921 at age 73.2

     Major Sir Algernon Thomas Peyton, 7th Bt. was born in 1889.2 He was the son of Sir Algernon Francis Peyton, 6th Bt. He married Joan Stratford Dugdale, daughter of John Stratford Dugdale and Alice Carleton, on 3 April 1916.3 He died on 14 March 1962.3
     He gained the title of 7th Baronet Peyton.3
