     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Northumberland Hussars Yeomanry (TARO.)¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Milburn, of Guyzance and Ardrew, Northumberland [U.K., 1905] on 17 September 1957.¹
