     Sir Peter Drury Haggerston Gadsden was born on 28 June 1929 at Canada.² He was the son of Reverend Basil Claude Gadsden and Mabel Florence Drury.² He married Belinda Ann de Marie Haggerston, daughter of Sir Hugh Carnaby de Marie Haggerston, 11th Bt. and Mary Ridgway Macy, on 16 April 1955.¹ He died on 4 December 2006 at age 77.³
     He was given the name of Peter Drury Gadsden at birth.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for teh City of London between 1971 and 1999.¹ In 1973 his name was legally changed to Peter Drury Haggerston Gadsden by Royal Licence.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1979.¹ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1979 and 1980.¹ He was awarded the Companion, Order of Australia (A.C.) in 1988.¹

     Juliet Mary Gadsden was born on 4 March 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Peter Drury Haggerston Gadsden and Belinda Ann de Marie Haggerston.² She married Nigel John Cartwright, son of Dr. Neville Cartwright, in 1978.¹
     From 1978, her married name became Cartwright. She lived in 2003 at Cherry Trees, Ramsden, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Nigel John Cartwright is the son of Dr. Neville Cartwright.² He married Juliet Mary Gadsden, daughter of Sir Peter Drury Haggerston Gadsden and Belinda Ann de Marie Haggerston, in 1978.¹

     Graham C. Simpson married Caroline Mabel Gadsden, daughter of Sir Peter Drury Haggerston Gadsden and Belinda Ann de Marie Haggerston, in 1983.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.¹
