     Torquill 'Dubh' MacLeod was the son of Roderick Macleod, 10th of the Lewes and unknown daughter Maclean.2 He married Christina MacLeod, daughter of Tormod MacLeod, 12th of MacLeod and Jill Maclean.1 He was murdered by Torquil 'Conanach' MacLeod.2
     He was declared heir and for a time maintained possession of the Lewes.2 He had three sons, who died without issue.2
