     Duncan Stewart is the son of John Stewart.
     He held the office of Attorney-General [Bermuda].

     Isabel Stewart is the daughter of Robert Stewart, 8th of Appin and Anne Campbell.² She married Donald Macdonald, 4th of Kinlochmoidart, son of Major Ranald Macdonald, 3rd of Kinlochmoidart and Margaret Cameron.¹
     Her married name became Macdonald.

     Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Kinlochmoidart was the son of Donald Macdonald, 4th of Kinlochmoidart and Isabel Stewart.² He married Susannah Campbell, daughter of Donald Campbell, 4th of Airds and Margaret Maclaine, in 1765.¹ He died on 3 October 1781.¹
     He was educated at Scots College, Paris, France.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 2nd Battalion, 71st Regiment.¹ He fought in the American War of Independence.¹

     Anna Eliza Mary Ann Slade is the daughter of Ernest Augustus Slade and Mary Ann Dicken.¹ She married William Thomas Young Burnett in 1857 at Geelong, Victoria, Australia.¹
     From 1857, her married name became Burnett.¹

     Susannah Campbell was the daughter of Donald Campbell, 4th of Airds and Margaret Maclaine.^2,3 She married Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Kinlochmoidart, son of Donald Macdonald, 4th of Kinlochmoidart and Isabel Stewart, in 1765.¹ She died in 1817.¹
     From 1765, her married name became Macdonald.

     Major John Macdonald, 6th of Kinlochmoidart was born in October 1769.¹ He was the son of Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Kinlochmoidart and Susannah Campbell.² He died in 1794 at Guadaloupe, from wounds received in action, unmarried.¹
     In 1786 Kinlochmoidart was restored to him.¹ He was educated at Jesuits' College, St. Omer, France.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1794 in the 21st Regiment (Royal Scots Fusiliers.)¹

     Donald Macdonald, 7th of Kinlochmoidart was born in 1771.¹ He was the son of Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Kinlochmoidart and Susannah Campbell.² He died in 1804 at St. Lucia^G, from wounds recd at the capture, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Jesuits' College, St. Omer, France.¹ He held the office of Governor of Tobago.¹ He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 2nd Battalion, The Royals in Egypt and West Indies.¹

     Margarita Macdonald, Lady of Kinlochmoidart was born in 1773.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Kinlochmoidart and Susannah Campbell.² She married Lt.-Col. David Robertson-Macdonald, son of Reverend William Robertson and Mary Nisbet, on 2 October 1799.¹ She died on 1 June 1844.¹
     From 2 October 1799, her married name became Robertson-Macdonald.³

     Reverend James Nisbet was born in 1676.¹ He married Mary Pitcairn in June 1707.¹ He died on 8 August 1756, from a skull fracture from a fall down the stairs two days earlier.¹
     He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Reverend Walter Syme was born in 1692 at Banff, Banffshire, Scotland.¹ He married Elizabeth Gordon, daughter of Reverend James Gordon and Elizabeth Gordon, on 3 August 1722 at Alford, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹ He married Barbara Calder on 29 May 1746.¹
     He graduated from King's College, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 6 May 1712 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Minister on 13 December 1721 at Tullynessle, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹
