Anne Clegg was the daughter of Joseph Clegg.1 She married Rowland Hill, 2nd Viscount Hill of Hawkestone and of Hardwicke, son of Colonel John Hill and Elizabeth Rhodes Cornish, on 21 July 1831 at Irwell Bank, Lancashire, EnglandG.2 She died on 31 October 1891.1
Her married name became Hill. After her marriage, Anne Clegg was styled as Viscountess Hill of Hawkestone and of Hardwicke on 10 December 1842.
