Archibald Kennedy Johnson was born on 20 June 1839.1 He was the son of John Johnson and Mary Diana Dillon.2 He married Katherine Sophia MacDonnell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles MacDonnell, on 5 November 1865.1 He died on 6 October 1873 at age 34.1

Sir Edward Gordon Johnson, 5th Bt. was born on 17 March 1867.1 He was the son of Archibald Kennedy Johnson and Katherine Sophia MacDonnell.2 He married Violet Eveline Hayes, daughter of Thomas Edward Hayes, on 18 June 1902.1 He died on 15 April 1957 at age 90, without issue.1
Sir Edward Gordon Johnson, 5th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Gordon. He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Johnson, of New York, in North America [G.B., 1755] on 6 October 1873.1 He was with Canadian Pacific Railway between 1903 and 1933.1
