     Colin Turing Campbell was born on 12 March 1825 at Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.² He was the son of Henry Campbell and Maria Amsinck.² He married Flora Ashburnham, daughter of George William Ashburnham and Hannah Glazier, on 18 January 1853 at Hastings, Sussex, England.² He died on 18 December 1897 at age 72 at Kimberley, Cape Province, South Africa.²

     Bertha Campbell was born on 3 August 1856 at Grahamstown, Cape Province, South Africa.² She was the daughter of Colin Turing Campbell and Flora Ashburnham.^3,2 She married Frederick George Montagu, son of John Edward Montagu and Anna Maria Piers, on 26 December 1894.¹ She died on 22 June 1936 at age 79.¹
     From 26 December 1894, her married name became Montagu.

     Arthur Drogo Turing Montagu was born on 17 September 1900.¹ He was the son of Frederick George Montagu and Bertha Campbell.² He married Dorothy Rittener Pitt, daughter of Harry Taylor Pitt, on 5 September 1934.¹ He died on 9 January 1969 at age 68.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in 1948 in the Agricultural Service.¹
