Sir Philip Carter Goodhart was born on 3 November 1925.1 He was the son of Arthur Lehman Goodhart and Cecily Agnes Mackay Carter.1 He married Valerie Forbes Winant, daughter of unknown Winant, in 1950.1 He died on 5 July 2015 at age 89 at London, England.2
