     Hon. Frederick Campbell Amherst was born on 10 March 1807.1 He was the son of William Pitt Amherst, 1st Earl Amherst of Arracan and Hon. Sarah Archer.1 He died on 12 October 1829 at age 22, unmarried.1

     Lady Sarah Elizabeth Pitt Amherst was born on 9 July 1801. She was the daughter of William Pitt Amherst, 1st Earl Amherst of Arracan and Hon. Sarah Archer.1 She married Sir John Hay-Williams, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Williams, 1st Bt. and Margaret Williams, on 8 September 1842.1 She died on 8 August 1876 at age 75.2
     From 8 September 1842, her married name became Hay-Williams.1
