     Henry Fortescue was born circa 1515 at Ponsbourne, Hertfordshire, England.2 He was the son of John Fortescue and Phillipa Spice.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Stafford before 1546.2 He married, secondly, Mary Daniel, daughter of James Daniel, on 22 March 1557.1 He died in 1576 at Faulkbourne, Essex, England.2
     He lived at Falkbourne, Essex, EnglandG.1

     Rees Maunsell was the son of Sir Edward Mansel and Lady Jane Somerset.2 He died in 1596, beheaded with Sir John Chichester after the Battle of Carrickfergus, their heads being sent to Tyrone and their bodies being buried in Carrickfergus.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the a Troop in Ireland.1 He was also known as Rhys.1 He fought in the Battle of Carrickfergus in 1596.1
