     Lt.-Gen. William Broome Salmon was born on 3 November 1809 at Moradabad, India.2 He is the son of William Broome Salmon and Marian Hearsey.2 He married Sarah Welsh, daughter of General James Welsh and Sarah Light, on 17 March 1836 at Poona, India.2 He died in 1888.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the Bombay Staff Corps.1

     Jakob Constantin Fock, 1st Baron de Robeck was born on 2 March 1724. He was the son of Henrik Johan Fock. He married Catharina Magdalena Hård af Segerstad in 1751. He died on 7 July 1803 at age 79.
     He gained the rank of Major in the Swedish Army. He was created 1st Baron de Robeck [Sweden] in 1750, by King Frederick I, with remainder to all descendants in male line and to females until marriage, in accordance with Swedish practice.1
