     Frank Balfour was born on 22 July 1893.¹ He was the son of Francis John Balfour and Nellie Lamberd.² He married Betty Lucille Kirkham, daughter of John R. Kirkham, on 7 July 1926.¹

     Betty Lucille Kirkham is the daughter of John R. Kirkham.² She married Frank Balfour, son of Francis John Balfour and Nellie Lamberd, on 7 July 1926.¹
