Thomas Maynard Hazlerigg was born in 1882.1 He was the son of Reverend Grey Hazlerigg and Sarah Ann Clarke.1 He married, firstly, Violet Isabella Price, daughter of H. J. Price, in 1905.1 He married, secondly, Gladys May Cotton, daughter of T. Cotton, in 1941.1 He died on 6 November 1961.1
