     Sir William James Lithgow, 2nd Bt. was born on 10 May 1934.2 He was the son of Sir James Lithgow, 1st Bt. and Gwendolyn Amy Harrison.2 He married, firstly, Valerie Helen Scott, daughter of Denis Herbert Scott and Laura Foster, on 31 January 1964.2 He married, secondly, Mary Claire Hill, daughter of Colonel Frank Moutray Hill, on 29 September 1967.2 He died on 28 February 2022 at age 87.3
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Lithgow, of Ormsary, co. Argyll [U.K., 1925] on 23 February 1952.2 He was director of Lithgows Ltd in 1959.2 He was director of the Bank of Scotland between 1962 and 1986.2 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers in 1964.2 He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Renfrewshire in 1970.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.) in 1990.2 He was an industrialist and farmer.2 He lived in 2003 at Ormsary House, Lochgilphead, Argyllshire, ScotlandG.2

     Geoffrey Forrest Gethin was born on 14 June 1918.1 He was the son of Major Frederic Durrant Scott Gethin and Margaret Cecilia Forrest.2 He died on 23 April 1944 at age 25 at ItalyG, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1

     Major Percy Edward Lovell Gethin was born on 11 August 1884.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Charles Percy Gethin, 7th Bt. and Catherine Cowie Scott.2 He married Norah Stapledon, daughter of James Norwood Stapledon, on 17 January 1918.1 He died on 8 July 1969 at age 84.1
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was on the South Arabian Expedition in 1909.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force.1 He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.) in 1918.1 He was Director of Surveys and Civil Aviation Tanganyika between 1927 and 1937.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1937.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force Reserve.1
