Reginald Francis Percy Monckton was born on 3 June 1896.1 He was the son of Francis Monckton and Evelyn Mary Heber-Percy.2 He married Sheila Stobart, daughter of Henry Gervas Stobart, on 15 April 1931.1 He died on 30 December 1975 at age 79.1
