     Charles Jocelyn Forestier-Walker was born on 18 July 1912.¹ He was the son of Charles Evelyn Forestier-Walker and Ada Llewelyn Mansel.² He married Joy Gill, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. John Robert Gill, on 25 July 1942.¹ He died in 1992.¹
