     Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels was the daughter of Alexander Cassels.2 She married James Ford, son of William Ford, on 5 May 1875.1 She died on 26 January 1922.1
     From 5 May 1875, her married name became Ford.

Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt. was born on 5 March 1880.1 He was the son of James Ford and Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels.2 He married Jessie Hamilton Field, daughter of Henry Field, on 19 December 1905.1 He died on 28 September 1945 at age 65.1
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Cameron Highlanders.1 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1904 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG, in 1907 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was a practising Advocate in 1907.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for North Edinburgh between 1920 and 1923.1 He held the office of Junior Lord of the Treasury between 1922 and 1923.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for North Edinburgh between 1924 and 1935.1 He was appointed Knight in 1926.1 He was created 1st Baronet Ford, of Westerdunes, co. East Lothian [U.K.] on 27 July 1929.1

     Jessie Hamilton Field was the daughter of Henry Field.2 She married Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt., son of James Ford and Agnes Campbell Cassels Cassels, on 19 December 1905.1 She died on 15 September 1962.1
     From 19 December 1905, her married name became Ford.

     Harold Frank Ford was born on 17 May 1915.1 He was the son of Sir Patrick Johnston Ford, 1st Bt. and Jessie Hamilton Field.2 He married Lucy Mary Burnet, daughter of John Rudolph Wardlaw Burnet, on 29 July 1948.1 He died on 19 June 1994 at age 79.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1937 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1939 in the Lothians and Border Yeomanry.1 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG, in 1945 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was a practising advocate in 1945.1 He gained the rank of Captain.1 He held the office of Sheriff Substitute for Perth and Angus in 1951.1
