     Hon. Margaret Arbuthnott was baptised on 22 April 1693 at Arbuthnot, Kincardineshire, Scotland^G.¹ She was born in 1693.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Arbuthnott, 3rd Viscount of Arbuthnott and Lady Anne Gordon.¹

     Hon. Helena Arbuthnott was born in 1694.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Arbuthnott, 3rd Viscount of Arbuthnott and Lady Anne Gordon.¹ She was baptised on 27 July 1694 at Arbuthnot, Kincardineshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Agnes Laurie was the daughter of Sir Walter Laurie of Maxwelton, 3rd Bt. and Jean Nisbet.¹ She died, in infancy.²

     Samuel James Waring, 1st and last Baron Waring was born on 19 April 1860.¹ He was the son of Samuel James Waring and Sarah Ann Wells.¹ He married Eleanor Caroline Bamford, daughter of Charles Bamford, on 15 October 1890.¹ He died on 9 January 1940 at age 79.¹
     He was founder of Waring & Sons in 1893.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Denbighshire in 1907.¹ He organised factories for production of aeroplanes, engines and general war equipment.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Waring [U.K.] on 31 May 1919.¹ He was created 1st Baron Waring, of Foots Cray Place, Foots Cray, co. Kent [U.K.] on 18 July 1922.¹

     Elspeth MacLean Ritchie was the daughter of Norman Ritchie.² She married Lt.-Col. Frederick Gerald Peake, son of Colonel Walter Ancell Peake, in 1937.¹ She died in 1967.²
