     Dr. David McKie Kerslake was born on 24 December 1923.² He was the son of John Kerslake.¹ He married Valerie Hester Chenevix Trench, daughter of Herbert Chenevix Trench and Marjorie Bell, on 5 December 1959.¹ He died on 9 June 2005 at age 81.²
