     Jane Harriot Cockburn is the daughter of Sir James Cockburn of that Ilk, 5th Bt. and Laetitia Little.² She married James Nicholas Duntze, son of Sir John Duntze, 1st Bt. and Frances Lewis, on 3 June 1794.¹
     She was also known as Harriet Jane Cockburn.³ From 3 June 1794, her married name became Duntze.

     Christiana Spencer married William Shuttleworth, son of Richard Shuttleworth and Emma Tempest, on 2 December 1748.¹
     She lived at Cannon Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ From 2 December 1748, her married name became Shuttleworth.¹

     Richard Shuttleworth was baptised on 3 September 1683.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Shuttleworth and Catherine Clerke.^2,3 He married Emma Tempest, daughter of William Tempest.² He died circa 31 December 1749.² He was buried on 3 January 1749/50.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancashire between 1707 and 1749.² He held the office of Father of the House.² He lived at Gawthorpe, Lancashire, England.²

     Captain James Drummond Spittal of Leuchars, younger is the son of James Spittal of Leuchat and Janet Holborn.² He married Elizabeth Leslie, daughter of John Leslie, 2nd of Quarter and Alison Spittal, on 6 December 1718 at Dalgety, Fife, Scotland.^1,2
     He lived at Leuchars, Fife, Scotland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Sir Claude Villiers Emilius Laurie Laurie of Maxwelton, 4th Bt. was born on 25 November 1855.¹ He was the son of Rev. Sir John Robert Laurie Emilius Laurie of Maxwelton, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Sophia Rice.² He died on 19 February 1930 at age 74, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1905 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Honoraray Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1914 and 1916 in the 2nd/5th Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bayley, of Bedford Square, Middlesex [U.K., 1834] on 4 December 1917.¹

     Blanche Alice May Laurie was born in 1857.² She was the daughter of Rev. Sir John Robert Laurie Emilius Laurie of Maxwelton, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Sophia Rice.³ She married Reverend David Anderson on 15 April 1879.¹ She died in 1945.¹
     From 15 April 1879, her married name became Anderson.
