Judith Davis was the daughter of Henry Davis.1 She married, firstly, Arthur French, son of Arthur French and Sarah Burke, on 7 December 1715.1 She married, secondly, Laurence Paine after 1729.1 She died in 1761.1 Her will was proven (by probate) on 15 April 1761.1
From 7 December 1715, her married name became French. From after 1729, her married name became Paine.1 Her last will was dated 19 November 1757.1
