Samuel Algernon D'Arcy was born on 7 February 1863.1 He was the son of Francis Joshua D'Arcy and Annie Kidd.2 He married Elizabeth Adelaide Whitsitt, daughter of Benjamin Whitsitt, on 5 December 1893.2 He died in 1945.1
He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (L.R.C.P.I.)1 He lived at Lismoyle, Cushendall, County Antrim, IrelandG.1

Surg. Rear-Admiral Thomas Norman D'Arcy was born on 12 February 1896.1 He was the son of Samuel Algernon D'Arcy and Elizabeth Adelaide Whitsitt.2 He married Eleanor Lennox Broadbent, daughter of Harry Broadbent, on 11 July 1922.1 He died on 17 January 1987 at age 90 at Surrey, England.3
