Sir Barry Denny, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Barry Denny, 1st Bt. and Jane Denny.2 He married Anne Morgell, daughter of Crosbie Morgell, on 12 January 1794.1 He died on 20 October 1794, without issue.1
He gained the rank of Major in the Kerry Militia.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1794.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Denny, of Castle Moyle, co. Kerry [I., 1782] in April 1794.1 He was about to be raised to the peerage as Baron Denmore when he died.1
