     James Moutray is the son of James Moutray.1 He married Rebecca Gorry, daughter of Colonel James Gorry, in 1698.1
     He lived at Favour Royal, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1695.1
