Hon. Charles Eaton Kitchener was born on 11 March 1920.1 He was the son of Henry Franklin Chevallier Kitchener, Viscount Broome and Adela Mary Evelyn Monins.2 He married Ursula Hope Luck, daughter of Captain Cyril Montagu Luck, on 15 August 1959.1 He died on 30 June 1982 at age 62.1
