     Winifred Goff was born in September 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Ewen Cameron Robert Goff and Ellen Clara Constable.²

     Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff was born in March 1825.¹ He was the son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus.² He married Henrietta Maude Saye, daughter of Frederick Richard Saye and Henrietta Thompson, in June 1876.¹ He died on 17 November 1888 at age 63.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 45th and 22nd Regiments.¹ He lived at Everton Grange, Lymington, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Henrietta Maude Saye was the daughter of Frederick Richard Saye and Henrietta Thompson.^2,3 She married Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff, son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus, in June 1876.¹ She died on 10 October 1929.¹
     From June 1876, her married name became Goff.

     Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff was born on 27 April 1877.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff and Henrietta Maude Saye.² He married Isobel Denroche-Smith, daughter of Thomas Denroche-Smith, on 31 October 1923.¹ He died on 22 September 1953 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He held the office of County Alderman for Hampshire.¹

     Thomas Denroche-Smith lived at Balhary, Meigle, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was with the Bengal Civil Service.¹

     Isobel Denroche-Smith is the daughter of Thomas Denroche-Smith.² She married, firstly, Major Archibald Bellairs Higgon, son of John Donald George Higgon, on 11 September 1913.^1,3 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff, son of Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff and Henrietta Maude Saye, on 31 October 1923.¹
     From 11 September 1913, her married name became Higgon.¹ From 31 October 1923, her married name became Goff.

     Francis Goff was the son of Colonel Robert Charles Goff and Beatrice Testaferrata.¹ He died in 1891.¹

     Josephine Isobel Goff was born on 7 August 1925.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Lionel Trevor Goff and Isobel Denroche-Smith.² She married John Bakewell Compton Miller-Bakewell, son of John Francis Compton Miller, on 22 September 1951.¹
     She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service during the Second World War.¹ From 22 September 1951, her married name became Miller-Bakewell.
